Pathway for Thai Student
Pilot 50 Students (No prior experience require)
The Pathway for Thai Student Pilot Program offers an exclusive opportunity for 50 Thai students per year to pursue a career in aviation. Upon successful completion of the program, students are guaranteed job placement within 3 monthsof graduation.
This program includes three major aviation courses:

Guaranteed Job Placement: Thai students who complete any of the three programs will be guaranteed employment with aviation companies within 3 months of finishing their training.

Admission Requirements
Age
Educational Background

For the Private Pilot License (PPL): Applicants must be at least 17 years old.

For the Commercial Pilot License (CPL): Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

For the Flight Instructor (FI): Applicants must be at least 18 years old and must have already obtained a CPL.
Language Proficiency

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., high school graduation or equivalent education).

Higher education qualifications (e.g., Bachelor's degree) may be an advantage but are not a mandatory requirement.

Applicants must have a good command of the English language.

Minimum IELTS score of 6.0, TOEFL score of 80, or Duolingo English Test score of 95 (or equivalent) is required.
Medical Certificate
Financial Capability

Applicants must pass a medical examination conducted by a Transport Canada-approved medical examiner.

For PPL, a Class 3 Medical certificate is required.

For CPL and FI, a Class 1 Medical certificate is required.

Exclusive Quota: 150 students per year for Thai nationals for each program (PPL, CPL, and Flight Instructor).

Job Placement Guarantee: After completing the program, students will be guaranteed employment within 3 monthsof graduation in the aviation industry.
Steps for Thai Student Pilot Application
STEP 1

Apply through the website www.firstclassaviation.ca
Go to the Pathway for Thai Student Pilot menu and read the application terms and details.
STEP 2

Pay the 1st round application fee of 37.88 CAD ≈ 1,000 Baht and upload all required documents.
STEP 3

Wait for the selection results, which will be announced on the website and Facebook fan page on the specified date.
STEP 4

Announcement of successful applicants and reserve list.
STEP 5

Pay the 2nd round fee within 15 days after the announcement.
This includes the visa processing fee and the Class 1 Medical Aviation Exam fee.
Payment amount: 5492.42 CAD ≈145,000 Baht (includes visa fee, medical exam, accommodation selection, and basic learning materials).
STEP 6

Pay the 3rd round fee, which is 30% deposit to the flight school in order to receive your LOA (Letter of Acceptance).
STEP 7

Complete the Medical Aviation Class-1 Exam at a designated aviation medical center.
STEP 8

Visa documents will be issued.
STEP 9

Flight Booking: Please proceed with booking your flight ticket. The payment for this will be handled directly by you.

Arrive at the Canadian airport, where our team will provide transfer services and ensure excellent care.
