For applicants to the U.S. programs who do not have an English test result, you may still enroll without an English certificate, provided that you successfully pass a short video interview. Following this interview, you will be required to take the IELTS Academic English test after arriving in the United States for training.
Summary of Requirements:

English Proficiency Test: If no ICAO-4 certification, an academic English test is mandatory.

English Test Waivers for Majority English-Speaking Countries

Students from the following English-speaking countries are waived from the English language proficiency test requirement for enrollment in academic pilot programs. If you are a citizen of one of these countries, you will not need to submit an English test certificate to qualify for enrollment:

Important Note:
All other applicants from countries outside this list must present proof of their English proficiency through an academic English test such as TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, or another recognized test. The required test scores may vary depending on the program and the country of training.
